Our Leadership Model

At MDQ Academy, we believe that effective leadership thrives through collaboration, expertise, and shared responsibility. We have adopted a Dean-led leadership model that allows for a focused and holistic approach to the needs of our students, faculty, and community.

Our three DeansAcademic Affairs, Admissions, and Student Affairs—work together to ensure the success of every aspect of school life:

  1. Dean of Academic Affairs oversees curriculum development, teacher support, and academic excellence, ensuring that our students meet their full learning potential.
  2. Dean of Admissions manages the operational, organizational, and counseling functions that keep our school running smoothly.
  3. Dean of Student Affairs focuses on the spiritual, personal, and character development of our students while fostering a strong sense of community and Islamic values.

This model allows each Dean to leverage their specialized skills and experience to address the specific needs of MDQ Academy. By dividing leadership responsibilities among experts in their respective fields, we ensure a well-rounded and efficient approach to school management.
