Fatheya Elkilany

Fatheya El-kilany is a dedicated educator with over 25 years of teaching and administrative experience, having joined MDQ Academy in 2006. She currently serves as the Director of the Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program at MDQ Academy, in partnership with the Brentwood Union Free School District. Fatheya holds a New
York State professional teaching certification from birth to sixth grade and earned her Master’s degree in Early Childhood/Childhood Education, with specializations in both Special and General Education from Touro University.
In addition to her role, she is actively pursuing a Doctorate degree from the American College of Education (ACE).
Fatheya’s passion for education and her commitment to lifelong learning fuel her ongoing efforts to serve her community and improve the educational landscape. She considers herself a "forever student," always seeking new knowledge to support and uplift the students, families, and teachers she works with.
She is a proud mother of two children who are a product of MDQ Academy.
